Skincare products for acne?

Have never had a problem with acne my whole life till now in my 20's.

Any recommendations? Precautions? I train and compete in combat sports so some things I can't avoid irritating my face.

Judo?

Drink lots of water, and eat clean (avoid dairy, yada, yada, yada). Also some kind of regiment is pretty necessary to keep your skin clean. I like cetaphil.
