This too hot of showers are bad for your skin because it doesn't allow the skin to replenish essential oils. Shower with very warm water and near the just douse off with as cold as water as you can take. I also recommend avoiding wearing hats when your hair is wet or you are sweating a lot.

You can try a yeast-mask.
It smells... not great, but has the effect of showering with beer x10.
Just put a table dry instant yeast(or 1 pack) and add little water until it become smearable. Wait a little for it to fuzz and then put in on you scalp by parting the hair as if you are retouching the roots. Do it once every 2 weeks.
Also before washing with gentle(pref organic) shampoo massage your scalp with jojoba oil.
Always take luke-warm showers and end with just cold on your head.

mate I'm no poo too for like 2 years, you need to make sure you drink lots of water and not soda and other shit like that. also sometimes this will happen during the winter when shits dry outside, i wouldn't stress it too much it might fix itself in spring.

I had problems with dandruff all my life. Didn't stop until I stopped using shampoo. You still wash your hair with it if it starts getting greasy, or you get particularly dirty, but you just need water and a bit of scrubbing for everyday shit.

That said, dandruff is a skin issue, not a hair one. Anything good for your skin will work, and it's not going to mess up your hair (unless your using something alcohol-based), hair is the same shit as fingernails, and very similar to skin. Try using a good skin moisturiser, like Eucerin. It's the stuff the recomend after getting a tattoo. Another anon mentioned jojoba oil. I use coconut oil, you can get a gigantic tub of it for really cheap. Just make sure you get it pure, a lot of shit on shelves is cut with other oils and fragrances that will only dry your hair out.

This, girls love my hair in bed too. No one has literally ever noticed or called me out either, or said i have greasy hair or anything. It did take a while I guess to get used to it but like i said, I'm two years in I'm way past that point.
