this is sort of insulting. I would be considered "excessively thin" but it's not because I am unhealthy, my body's natural composition is "excessively thin."
Before I get backlash, yes I keep track of the calories I eat everyday (composed of healthy foods aka not junk), which are equal to the amount necessary for me to apparently "gain a pound in x amount of time." And I have worked out in the past but now i just walk every day as part of a "work out."
