Those are white oxfords. Very unconventional, and I think they're a neat find. It might be easier to find white leather derbies rather than oxfords, though.

These are on my friends feet and the sole has come away. When they went to get them repaired at a cobbler the guy said there's not enough leather for a resole.
They've just been beaten to death. No conditioning or care as far as I know. They are looking into cheaper options, but I'll pass this info along

Yes it's repetto zizi, same shoes than Gainsbourg, they are not easy to wear. I bought some and i sold them one week later. It made strange feets.
