How do I determine if I have wide shoulders?

I don't know of an exact ratio, but it depends on your waist. If you have a very small waist your shoulder could seem wide. I personally don't think he has very wide shoulders that looks about average.

i have broad shoulders. torso is a small but shoulders are a medium. very hard to find good fits, and slim fits piss me off

why are you all so retarded? fucking look at your shoulders? do they seem wide? if yes, they are probably wide, if maybe they might be wide. look at your muscle definition. do you have muscle definition in your delts (round part you think of as your shoulder) or traps (the bit leading from your shoulder to your neck)? if yes, you might have wide shoulders.
one reason swimmers seem like they have wide shoulders is the huge proportion, they have well developed lats as well. do you? you might look like you have wide shoulders. how narrow is your waist? do you taper noticeably? you might have wide shoulders.

if you have to ask you probably dont. post pics and we'll tell you or fucking measure yourself.
