Would 13-15% be the best body fat percentage in terms of looking the best in clothes? Not too big, not too small
I was asking in general... but this is me. I'm 5'10 barefoot
BODY FAT IS ONLY ONE OF THE FACTORS
LEAN MUSCLE MASS BEING THE OTHER MAIN FACTOR
PLEASE NEVER POST THE PIC IN OP AGAIN
I've been lifting on and off since I was in high school, so it's hard to say. Being 5'10 is annoying cause I'm not a large but I'm not a medium either, which makes online shopping a huge pain
Looking best in clothes is gonna be skinny or skinny built, like 6'1 and 145-150 With low bf obviously, the pictures you're showing show people of all different bf it doesn't have anything to do with height or weight or anything, not a great indicator if you're trying to figure out a body goal for yourself, what I'm eating is if 5 people were of similar height/weight, wearing the same clothes, and had the vascularity of pics 1-5 they'd all look fairly similar.
getting your most comfy shirt tailored so that it fits for the same price of the shirt itself
lolno. 3-4% is the lowest you can possibly go without putting yourself in severe danger. And that is only for very short term, ala Bodybuilders during a competition. Even staying at 8% with any decent amount of muscle mass is extremely difficult.
Currently disgusting F1 skinnyfat, 6 feet 170 lbs. Goal is somewhere in between C4 and B4.
I'm thinking of doing a 3 to 4 month cut then doing a clean bulk for a year with a bro-split. Are my goals realistic?
Used to be 160 but I went on a booze binge for 3 months. I literally gag every time i see myself in the mirror now.
