In fashion it usually means they like the silhouette or outline of something. "I don't like the fabric but those pants have a nice silhouette".

In pic you can see left a very slim silhoutte (slp) and on the right a very loose silhoutte (yeezy). If you are going for a slim silhoutte en you have like the left picture, you did a good job and have a good silhoutte. If you wear shirt with very loose trousers you'll have a pretty weird silhouette. There are always exceptions ofcourse.
