The sole wears off after about 4 / 5 wears. but that is just the dripping part which I am guessing you won't see much off when wearing anyway. You can redrip them using plastidip .

Hey. I've been saving up around 15 000 to put on clothes. Wanted to buy some sick shoes on after-Xmas-sale or something. Most of my friends aren't interested in fashion, they still buy meme shit like fjällräven and NB. So I don't really care about being behind the fashion curve.
In any case, I've recently turned vegetarian (no, inb4 stupid arguments) and it seems like most things look really low quality like vans or have tons of leather in it.

TL;DR: how to find a large asortment high quality non-leather shoes?

Your query is really difficult. Leather is a great material; durable, looks good, adapts to the shape of the foot, easily waterproofed. Almost everybody uses leather. Rick Owens DRKSHDW uses canvas, but I dislike the brand.

You can look in the expensive stores listed in the OP, and search for neoprene, canvas, rubber. Those are the only alternatives to leather i know of.

Having strong opinions has made nobody happy. I wouldn't wear them, but I don't claim to understand the motivations of those who do. Maybe you live in a very glamorous enviroment, like night clubs, and you have to wear something shiney to stand out?

First of all I lost a star twice, fortunately I found them. A friend of mine had the same issue in a disco and lost it. But they replaced the entire strap. They dont go pretty well with my body. Quality is amazing. In real life they look amazing and people look at them like "yo they are amazing". They really give that luxury look to an outfit. They don't have a so high insole too. They make you higher of 4 cm more or less that is the black part of the sole. U have to watch the black parto not also the tab that goes around the midsole. If u have the chance to try them. I saw a guy on Stylezeitgeist redipped them, just make sure your dip is thin enough to get drips. Probably wears off after 4 wears.
