I would cut it to where your chin ends, layered, maybe add some subtle curls. If that's you in the pic, the hair isn't doing much for you. Shorter hair would look cuter on you, not sure if that's what you want to go for though.

I thought about cutting it to like 2-3 cm under the chin, but that mean cutting 30 cm off. I'd be kinda fucked if it didnt look nice, it would takes for it to grow back again

i would recommend you to check out some orgnic products without Sodium laureth sulfate and silicon and with as less alcohol/ parfume as possible.

Some broad thoughts:

Long hair looks good on you and you shouldn't shorten it too much. This is especially the case because you have a stronger jaw, which would potentially look excessively large if you went too short.

There are two things I see about your hair that could be improved: first, the color (the ends from your breasts down seem a different color - intentional?) and the fact that it's just ridiculously long and straight. Trimming up the ends (no more than breast length, if only to standardize the color), layering it a bit, and trying to work some shape into it would do MIRACLES.

But yeah, don't get rid of a lot of the length. Fuck, even the length I'm talking about cutting is probably too much.
