I shower every night, meaning I wash my face everyday, but only at night do I use soap (just some body soap for my face).
In the morning, I just wash my face with water, getting rid of all morning gunk, then I towel dry, then apply creams. Been using a 'daily cream' on my nose area and rest of face.

You guys should really look into oil cleansing. I did it for the first time about 2 months ago and i haven't had a cystic spot since then. I used to get them frequently too. Simple's Anti-Blemish products are keeping the regular pimples away. Now i've just got to sort out my complexion, which is terrible. I dread getting my photo taken on nights out because the flash on the camera just highlights all the redness and scars on my face.

What brand oil cleanser do you use? I heard good things about them before but also that all of the oil cleansers they sell at the drugstore never work. My skin is pretty good right now on le cetameme routine but I'm still getting blackheads frequently.

This is fucking nothing, OP. nose, apon closer inspection, is a field of fucking blackheads. Literally at least 150 on and around the nose-head.

If I get them out, they just come back again by the next day.
