I use my Qasa lows for everyday wear and they're comfortable as hell. Just size down (half or full size, depending on how wide your foot is).
I've had mine for about half a year and they look great, they're easy to clean.
They might just be a bit thin for the cold weather.

Their shoes are incredibly comfy and I've considered replacing my zx fluxes and just wearing these all the time.

OP, have you even looked much into this? That colourway is out of stock everywhere (at least in EU) and the orange toe one is ugly af.

Also, even if you find one in stock, I feel like it wouldn't be the best in your situation (sounds like you don't have a good rotation yet) as imo these are not very versatile. Have you seen retro boosts? Perhaps, check them out and then get a pair of stans for other outfits?
