What are some tips for maintaining a model body like pic related, how about routines? Dumping inspo.
i'm no t sure i have as good proportions as him tho
This is me, am I anywhere near model standard?
how much less effort can you put into being /fa/ as long as you are way above average in fitness (being fit and lean)?
how to attain this physique? I lost a bunch of weight recently, bmi is now 19.7 which I'm pretty happy with. I wanna still have thin legs so I want my upper body to remain in proportion to my legs but still have some muscle.
attaining this physique is not difficult.
lift weights and eat slightly under caloric maintenance. repeat over time.
what's difficult is actually eating enough to break beyond otter into athletic mode
Agree with this.
I starved myself in my teens because 'lol heroin chic', now i'm 21 and i look like a 14 year old boy. Can't make it past 105 lb, i'm trying to eat like a disgusting pig but it's not working.
A body like that is mainly a matter of genetics, to be honest.
You can get something similar with a cardio-heavy workout, but if you're naturally bulky you won't get that thin unless you follow an extremely strict diet.
>tfw high cheekbones
>this means i have the face of a fucking baby when im overweight (im around 20% body fat rn)
>tfw hate my chipmunk cheeks
Once I lose these LBs my face will be aesthetic tho right?
I have literally the exact same problem. I'm going to try to lose a ton of weight and see if there's any progress.
>tfw high non-prominent cheekbones
>tfw people don't understand what high cheekbones are and think low prominent cheekbones are high
I don't understand why this fag gets so much praise here
He looks like he's melting, has no abdominal definition, has a big ass tumor between his chest "muscles," and his pelvis is as wide as his shoulders. He looks way worse than most guys who are just skinny.
This is false for men. The end result is you looking like you're wearing a bunch of bags with holes, since most men's clothes are made bigger and as such will look hideous as they won't fit right.
Women's clothes are made thinner and smaller, so it would be beneficial for them to go skelly.
I really don't know where this opinion of a skinny guy being the height of fashion is coming from, but I can assure you it looks bad. (unless you're going for a more feminine look, which is more than just being skinny) It seems to me that this opinion is a by-product of the height desire, as most tall guys are skinnier than average. I could be wrong though. In any case, be male or female, it doesn't matter what you do with your body as long as you don't damage it or develop a disorder.
It's not fucking false dude we are talking in respect too fashion oriented brand so, not clothing brands.
Seriously go to an actual fashion store and try on some clothing with a muscular frame and you will find that garments in your intended size (for example size M for those about 5'11 to 6'2) will be very stretched and look bad despite being the intended length for your height. The result is mindlessly sizing up despite bigger sizes being intended for taller people and now the cut and fit which honestly is what you are paying the premium for is completely lost. While I will concede that you don't have to be "skellington" mode to look good it is preferable than the muscular opposite when it comes to higher ticket, fashion oriented brands.
no way! same here. doesn't help my posture is constant slouch because of tall people problems. apparently i could make quite the difference with sitting straight and some chest/breathing exercises, but i haven't gotten around to it yet.
>tfw younger me tried tying a belt around my flared ribs to "redirect" the air to push my chest out and i now have red scars on my back
thankfully i can pass them off as stretch marks
I went full anorexic some years ago, as in actually in hospital, and my babby face with chubby cheeks remained even on the verge of death. If you have shittier cheekbones, then your fucked unless you get surgery. Weight loss makes no difference.
