Where are /fa/gs going for black friday? Where can I get some sweet deals
40% off today + cash back
foolish to wait till tomorrow for only 10% more... most of the stuff will be gone by then
good deal if you need some blank tees for stupid cheap
>what if the things i want don't go on sale
then it wasn't meant to be
>what if someone buys them before me
then it wasn't meant to be
>what if i have the opportunity to get everything i want and go bankrupt
then you lack self control
none of these are real problems. if you get it you get it, if you don't you don't. chill either way
damn you nigs are outta touch. Try Macy's they're projecting profits way under quarterly, not to mention a decline in department stores generally. Go to Macy's struggle snuggle Macy's, also... Old Navy...-... J.Crew been sinkin since the Titanic, those niggers are hurting so bad they'll syd for a purchase... because they only sell shit. Get with it, "effay"... /fa/ggots.
OF COURSE I LACK SELF CONTROL WHEN THINGS ARE UPWARDS OF 50-80% OFF BITCH
get a grip on yourself. it is nice to have nice clothes. but not having nice clothes is not a big deal.
these items are designed to ultimately be sold at 50-80% off. the "discounted" price is the real, actual retail price. the "non-discounted" price is only for people who treat money like they're the banker in monopoly. this has been the status quo of fashion for decades now. it's a psychological trick to spur consumption; 50%+ off is always the intended price point.
you don't need more clothing. you really don't. so there's no need to freak out about it. if you end up buying a thing or two that you like at a price you can afford, then that's great, but it's just a little bonus perk in life. it's like getting a free espresso with the check after your meal at a restaurant: you shouldn't expect it, you don't need it, but it's a nice touch. don't let it consume you.
Thx for the mini history lesson but I've worked retail for years. It's usually inflated a lot more than 50% btw and yes that includes non luxury brands
Ya I don't need it. Do I really want it?? Yes, we all have our vices. I'm vain and slightly superficial and they will look AMAZING ON ME. But really if I don't get what I want I'll be over it in like 15 min so..
Actually I forgot about this coat from z*ra if I don't get that I'm actually murdering my entire family
I hear this all the time, but I don't see these fabled sales people always talk about ever happening.
What was the last time there was a sale and you copped something you really wanted b4 the sale?
>ssense still has stuff from last season on sale
>some of the new stuff is on sale but not 50%
>barneys is overpriced as usual
>h.lorenzo doesn't really do sales
>cruvoir has their sale going on decent prices
>thearchvie sf has a sale, and has devoa viridi anne and julius, still not 50% on everything
>no mr porter or sneakerboy sales yet
>layers isn't going to have a sale anytime soon
>LN-cc has a shit sale
>cottonclubshop has a pretty decent sale but can't change currency to usd now and kind of limited in variety with certain brands.
any other places with good sales, preferably with rick, ann d, etc.?
If any of you are Black Friday shopping tonight or whatever, go to a Sephora for the laughs. I've never seen so many Middle Eastern girls fight over lotion in my life.
Or it's called cyber monday because it's all online shopping/ on the internet :P
I've bought non electronic shit in the past on cyber monday for amazing deals, don't think that's how it works (if it really is then damn)
>oh shit they have cdg cologne
>"excludes cdg parfum"
sweater and jacket is fine
rest look like 5 dollar hand me downs from tesco, why would you even think about paying so much from them...fuckin 20 bucks for a pair of socks jesus christ I can only hope you're not spending your parents money
>allen edmonds had a 50% off sale way before black friday
>need a pair of wingtips
>my size is sold out
looking for them mctavishes
might end up buying me some preowned black dress shoes instead since I need some anyways.
>5 dollar hand me downs
i bought into yeezy season's earthtones/postpalewave color scheme and im buying in that direction these days. chill, processed, muted etc. dunno what kind of shirts yr buyin
damn is that what's considered a good deal these days? copped my pair for like 250 lol
quality is excellent at least on the first iterations, sounds like you've never seen a pair in person
LMAO looks like the buyer's remorse is kicking in
Anyone got a suggestion on where I can get black Friday deals on athletic clothing. I need compression shirts and pants for winter and training.
honestly the tubular looks like shit to me. I am not a fan of the shiny coating on the front or the cage thing at the heel. They just look like a horribly failed copy of the Qasa(I know they are the same brand)
now the 2016 tubulars are a different story.
Anybody know any place marking down Clark's Desert Mali?
I was gonna cop anyways but I'd love to cop a pair a bit cheaper
Any good places for shoes? I need some casual shoes as well as some dress shoes (hopefully oxblood wingtips, I've always loved that color)
Any place to cop?
Nordstrom seems to be having some okay-ish sales on low-mid tier brands.
Even have some Yohji harem pants on sale for those of you with $635 and questionable taste:
tfw copped some line 22 mmm gats
thank you based turkey day
Or the designer version:
It doesn't matter which came first. Tubulars look like Qasas therefore Qasas are no longer unique.
Now they're just the more expensive shoe for autistic shithead niggers that want to play dress up as a Naruto character
long and narrow. size down half if you've got a narrow foot (i'm a B width) or go TTS if you've got a regular foot.
i'm an 8 in naike and i got a 40.5 because i have a narrow foot
yesterday. i was eyeballing a piece by lad musician on ssense for like two weeks. it was already pretty inexpensive, but i knew that if i waited that it would likely go on sale and likely would not sell-out before then because LM isn't the most popular brand on ssense.
so i waited, and it went on sale, and i got it for like 50 bucks cheaper.
Urban is great right now if you're an Insider. Just copped vintage renewal railroad coat for 15% of full.
Promo code STOCKUP at DC for 40% off.
Skate shoes are acceptable for normie fashion, right?
This is why no matter how much the item is discounted, I still care about what I'm paying. Like sure, a designer dress went from $1200 to $300, but that's still $300 out of my pocket. If I want it that badly I'll get it but if it's nothing I really truly want or need, then pass.
Saved like 70% just now on Drop Dead
It's all gone now though; good luck
what timbs size should i buy? normally i wear us 10.5, half size or full size down?
i bought this sweater for $27. p edgy but i liked it and all the other less edgy designs were sold out in my size.
>also my shirt size is a medium and i bought this in a medium
>should i have bought a large or will that be fine?
Gonna be random shit at 90% off, among other stuff.
Last time got a bunch of Italian suede belts at like 5 bucks a pop.
If you use this link you also get free 20 bucks after 1st purchase.
They got everything from mall tier to rick owens.
Sale starts at 8:30 I believe, if you have amazon prime.
>tfw my size was sold out
At least i can start building my qt rick gf
I love this site.
Given me thousands in free credits. I only buy things at 80-90% off, then sell it on ebay for 50% off retail. Literally free shit, that I on top of make a few hundred/thousand a month from all year. It's helped get me through college.
One day plan to turn this into a full time job.
>Clarks has 30 percent off everything
>They don't have the fucking Mali boot in beeswax
the tubulars dont really channel the naruto aesthetic that the qasas do
the tubulars look a lot more like a mcdonalds happy meal toy with the zx heel and "techy" design on the front.
the qasa highs look more minimallistic than the tubulars
the white plastic eyelets aren't original either, i think they were from some older adidas models.
Goddamn. I literally can't find them for sale anywhere. It seems like retailers have an agreement with Timberland not to put them on sale, because they're always excluded from Black Friday sales
I wouldn't get any of those colors in a million years. (well except maybe black, but I don't usually wear black as much as I used to.)
Just be nice to have something to bridge between formal shoes and casual sneakers for when I go out. I've entered into poor college student life. So that's fun.
Any of Uniqlo's knitwear alright for the price?
I know in general, most people avoid it. But merino wool shit for 30 bucks + cashmere for 49, any of it any good?
Otherwise, I'm probably just gonna cop some gloves since it's getting cold and my ass is starting to freeze when I bike to campus.
their "80% off" pricing is kinda bullshit tho
they say n&f jeans are off from 175$, it's literally 130$ on both amazon and the n&f website without any extra sales
still might cop tho desu
I have a pair of the ellingtons and a pair of their chukkas that i copped on grailed for like $30 and don't fit.
The quality of the canvas seems decent. The laces on mine are kind of falling apart though.
is it 2edgy /fa/?
Copped a navy merino jumper from AMI for 45% off
Copped two plain tees from my local favourite for 25% off
Might cop a black sweater: Our Legacy or 'Fanmail'????
Might cop some black ami jeans but think they might be short (32 leg) or just some more 34 leg max cash for the future.
alpha industries has 30% off.
brings a $300 (CAD) parka down to about $200 (if i order from the US site and ship to my american PO box).
worth copping? or could i go even cheaper somewhere else?
Fit check? I might pick up 2 colours if anyone can tell me the fits decent
About to go to the Eddie Bauer sale since my parent's just mailed me a shit ton of coupons randomly. Everything in the store is 1/2 off.
Looking at a parka, but what else should I get? I like outdoorsy clothes and want to be comfy. How are their flannels and sweatshirts?
I don't even want any of this stuff, I don't know why I bought it
I did the same thing during the spring sale and now I have a pair of pink trousers and three different pairs of off-white / yellow jeans
the pants and the beanie are fucking terrible quality, tesco tier shit
also you know you're never gonna wear the neon orange and the raspberry shirts
I mean I know it was fucking cheap as shit but lad have some self control, you're gonna get into trouble once you won't be able to rely on daddy's allowance
Don't tell me what I will and won't wear senpai
>not buying at least one fisherman's pullover
It's not about the clothes, it's about getting as much as you can before you hit the minimum for free shipping
I had to buy a second pair of joggers to get to $60, going to give them to my dad for Christmas, he'll hate them
t shirts are good
sweaters are ok
everything else is either awful quality or has goddamn retarded sizing to the point where you literally have no idea what you're gonna get if you order online
If they are the classic tees then they are 100% cotton. They will shrink one size if washed conventionally just like any other 100% cotton tee. Whatever you wear comfortably in a cotton-poly blend shirt (which shrinks much less), go 1 size up from that for the classic tees. They should shrink in the wash. Stay away from rayon imho.
Classic tees as in fine jersey cotton.. Just always check the textile blend in the descriptions. Can't speak for other items of clothing. I know it's a little different for pants and jackets I think....? 100% cotton pants don't usually shrink like shirts do..
Pants should really be tried on in store and should fit snug or tight around the waist. They usually always stretch around the waist through wear but shrink back in the wash. Belts should only be an accessory and should only serve minimal function in keeping pants snug around the hips.
>tfw I got two
Can't wait to be Harry Styles.
