had that exact problem. I also wear 32 34. Try the Levi 541s, they're athletic fit so they're looser around the hip/quads

I HATE buying jeans or pants in general.

I have to sag my pants to make them appear "normal" but then I find myself pulling them up all the time because my ass is so high. I think I have wide muscled hips also.

When I wear them like you should it looks like a normal person with his pants too high.

You can but the problem you may have is a lack of front pockets (or very small front pockets). It seems like a small inconvenience at first but this is what stops me from buying women's jeans.
