As someone that copped the LLbean Baxter parka, I can say that it's quite warm, although bit bulky. The arms feel like they are almost inflated. the Eddie Bauer parka looks similar to the Baxter, bit the arms look bit slimmer and it's a bit cheaper. You are not going to look like you just came from a fashion show, but you are going to warm and cozy. Fuck this NYC weather m8s.

W2C a waterproof parka that doesn't have the horrendous faux-fur hood thing and is around the 150£ range?
It doesn't even need to be very warm, but water-repellent just doesn't cut it, it must be waterproof.
