In dire need of advice

My hair tangles extremely fast and I have no idea why. Here's my "routine"
>wash with sulfate free shampoo ~3 times a week
>condition ~4-5 times a week
>brush hair before showering and pretty much every day
>sometimes put in Garnier anti frizz oil
