Wondering the same thing. Worried about damaging my already dry/thin hair.

I've gone no-poo + argan oil for 7 months and the quality of my hair has improved significantly. Hate to undo all of that effort.

But, the last time I dyed my hair it felt amazing. Looking to go from a dirty blonde to maybe a reddish brown (natural look, not sperglord-red)

tl:dr is dyeing going to damage my hair or are there ways to do it safely/productively?

Semi permanent dyes (like manic panic) arent very damaging to the hair. Bleach , and jet black are the worst things you can do. If you can find a vegan semi permanent dye in the shade you want it wont damage your hair. Youll just need to keep applying it , dilute it in some (sulfate free, silicone free) conditioner .

You honestly just need to have your hair stop looking so dry... If you don't want to do no-poo try washing your hair with a shampoo and conditioner that don't contain sulphate. If your shampoo says sodium lauryl sulphate as one of the ingredients you need to toss it now and get some new stuff.

Bullshit. Natural waves look phenomenal with most fits. I could see trying to part your hair differently or otherwise change the top - it hangs a bit weirdly now - but waves on their own are nice, and what you have is pretty nice.

A month ago I got a buzzcut (2 on the sides, 6 on the top). However,, my hair looks pretty retarded now. I think it looks retarded because the part in the front sort of droops down which looks dumb because the rest of my hair is pretty short.

Also, I think next time I get my hair cut, I'm just going to get it cut short, but not a buzz cut. In the meantime, what should I do with my hair? Because it's going to take a while for it to grow long enough to make it look normal.

It's pretty soft, curly/wavy (changes idk) in front, and wavy behind. It's also pretty frizzy (I live in a tropical climate). On days where I go out, I usually shampoo/conditioner, wait till my hair is damp, apply hair cream, then blow dry towards my left side. Sometimes it looks good, sometimes it doesn't. Any general advice on styling advice for this type of hair? Also can anyone recommend any good/manageble hairstyles for this?
