If you want my honest evaluation:

The shoulders and cut in the upper body looks kinda cheap. I'm not sure if it doesn't fit you well, but it does kinda look like something's wrong with the cut. It may just be your pose.

You could take in the waist area in the jacket a bit - V taper = good.

The sleeves are a good length, but your shirt is too short - the sleeves of your shirt should show.

The tie is awful. Burn it and get something normal and not made of cheap fabric.

The pants are tolerable, but too long. Get them hemmed.

The shoes are clownishly long - are your feet actually that big?

The slimmer lapels and tie aren't awful, but keep in mind this suit is always going to look a hair modern.

I've since replaced shoes, so that was a good call.

Those are hill creases caused by bunching up of material. Underneath, the leather has worn into a uniform piece so if you remove the crease the leather won't bunch up anymore. Find some really high grit sandpaper, 800-1000 ppi, and carefully sand down the creases. Make sure to go parallel to the crease and not perpendicular. You'll lose some paint but that's what shoe cream is for.

The sleeves look fine in length. At least for a coat. This usually means that the garment, assuming it hasn't been altered, fits as intended. The coat is exactly as it should be.

Does it look too long? Does it look good? These are different questions.
I personally think the coat is a little long, but it might compliment a slender frame. I suggest going to a tailor and doing one of two things:

1. If you want to maintain the length of the coat, at least get the coat taken in around the waist. This will be more form fitting, which makes you look less like a formless tower of blackness.

2. If you don't care about losing some length, I suggest having the tailor listen to your ideas and recommend a new length, perhaps having the garment shortened.

Whatever you choose to do, I would also recommend having those sleeves adjusted. It looks like they're stacking too much on the right arm bend. I could be wrong, though.

Also not loving the cableknit beanie with the outfit unless it's 0 degrees and you're also wearing a scarf.

It seems that the front is just combed back to reach the back, but it does appear that the back is somewhat shorter. You can see the length of the hairs towards the left of his head (right side of the photo) are getting shorter.

But it is a shit haircut. The fade on his side is literal garbage. It looks like someone tried to fade a 1 into a 3 or 4. The fade isn't even all the way around. It even looks like the hair gets longer as it gets closer to his forehead. It's stupid.

hey guys I've lost some weight recently (like 20 lbs) and I've decided to start caring about how I look. How much does red hair limit your range of colours for clothing? I've got a dark rusty red colour, and I use Reuzel blue pomade so it's got a fair amount of shine with it, but I feel like the colour really limits a lot of what I can wear. I tend to wear almost exclusively black, grey, white, and beige chinos, black jeans, as well as occasional blue jeans.

I love burgundy, or any red/purple, and I can often be fine with it since my hair is very dark and not that orange-red that looks so awful most of the time.

Also, red hair inspo? I don't want a beard, and I can't grow one anyway, which is fine by me because that's an awful look.
