Thank you. I've been trying to and I'm currently at the 170ish range with 150 being my goal.

Same problem when i was 195 pounds but now im 150 and 5' 11 and my facial features got a lot better and i feel better about myself even though my friends call me anorexic :/

Dont drink anything but water, coffee, and tea. Never snack and dont eat until your full but if you feel like you must drink a ton of water before and during your meal. Cigarettes help by suppressing hunger but would not advise it just because of the health risks. Lose weight at gods speed my man.

I just got down to 150 range. Feels good dude, just keep working and wathing what you eat and you'll love yourself in like 2 months.
