It depends who you're trying to impress. To the average joe an invicta will probably look quite impressive, but they're also the type of person to not really care about watches in general. If you want to impress the real watch guys, then keep away from it.

There are much better watches out there for Invicta money, and they're mainly better because they aren't pretending to be something they're not. Invicta is a blatant Rolex knock off, but if all you want is a big bulky divers watch then I suppose you may as well.

The design is kinda neat, I think, a conceptual mix between Martin Braun and Chronoswiss.
However, you should very sure you want to pay that amount of money for a re-finished ETA 2824-2.

Also, given the fact that the watch is 40mm the lubs wll clearly protude to a length of around 46 to 50 mm, so you should have that in mind.

That's my gym watch. Big soft pushers are great for when your hands are shaky or sweaty. I have worn it in the sauna and hot tub several times a week for six years now and it hasn't leaked. Still on the first battery though. We'll see what happens once I have to change it.
