Well that depends on what you mean by effay.
As a Dane, I can agree that scandinavians are probably the most well-dressed people, but it's not really something we think about until we go to other countries and look at how shitty they dress.
But the thing I hate about Danish fashion, is how hiveminded everyone is. Sure, the general population may be well dressed. But it rarely happens that you see someone where you just go: "holy fucking shit w2c everything". There really is a lack of individuality, especially for teenagers, because everyone is just wearing monochrome or mfa-core. And to us these people don't look fashionable, they just look average. So yeah scandinavia is effay as fuck if you like looking at a 1000 pairs of huaraches, chelseas, 97 and stans a day.
Tbh fam I think places like Berlin are so much more effay, cus even though there's gonna be a lot more people wearing crocs and cargoshorts, there's also gonna be a lot more people in head2toe Rick, or some other avantgarde shit.

As a Canadian living in Sweden, I can definitely say my first impressions were they were incredibly effay.

That being said

A) Canadians are without a doubt the worst dressers on planet earth. Even East Indians are more effay

Edmontonian here. They way people dress in my city makes me want to kill my self sometime. I see a well dressed good looking girl and I feel lucky. Calgary is a bit better and Vancouver is just alright. I've head Montreal is effay AF tho
