Does anyone have any experience buying clothes from smaller fashion websites in Europe? Recently bought from a company and it's been three weeks shipping to California, still not here yet. It's coming USPS. How long does this typically take and has anyone had any experiences of their stuff never arriving? When checking out, it said up to 9 days... do things often get held up in customs? Don't want to name the site cause I feel he may browse here.

No tracking- "it was shipped out with multiple US bound items" and all they know is the bulk shipment got to the east coast.
I don't know if they'd have USPS overseas (?) so if they initially shipped it from their own domestic carrier, not sure if they would get a USPS tracking.

They're offering to refund if it doesn't arrive, they can't re ship because I bought the last one. If it's just caught up in customs then I don't want them to pay though, not their fault. I'm just not sure how long to wait.
