So I dress like a fucking retard, losing weight gone from 105kg to 96kg in a month, I want to go for 80 by May.
I just need some help guys, I mostly wear slacks and T shirts but I'm fucking tired of it, I don't even own a good looking shirt.
Shoes, coats,shirts, pants, I don't know shit, been trying to watch Alpha.M on youtube but he's shilling products hard.
Plus, I'm short, 172cm and I'm bald at the age of 22, kms I know, I just don't know anything about fashion and I want to look good and get a bump in my confidence ya know?
Can someone help? Pretty please?

How do you strengthen your nails?
I want to grow my nails out, they are naturally strong and have grown long in the past but recently I've been getting shellac polish and it's weakened them.
I use burts bees cuticle cream and it's fixed my cuticles but my nails still break pretty easily when they get past 2mm.
