So you want to work retail to hit on girls that aren't suspecting it?

What's your current success rate with girls? I ask because anything above 50% is so good that it'd be hard to believe. But let's assume you do have a 50% success rate. The other half of girls wouldn't like you. What makes you think that you won't get fired after the 3rd girl that day complains to your manager?

90% of communication is non verbal, girls subconsciously give out ques when they're attracted to you. Whether it her whispering to her friend then her friend accidently immediately looks over at you, playing with their hair and being quick to look away when you make eye contact across the room. Subtle things that you can see if you have a green light to push things further. You can feel that their focus is on you, that's plenty enough permission. In many ways, just her being in front of you giving you her attention is permission to go further.

Hitting on girls =/= "Hi you're beautiful"

It's slower, it's heavy eye contact, it's light banter back and forth and testing one another. Nothing that would get you fired over. Being playful, at ease, being slow moving when in her personal space to let her know you're very comfortable. Deflecting personal questions but listening intently about her. Cutting off conversation and having her re-initiate. It's all very subtle, but you're both aware of it.

Also retail is sales, flirting is encouraged if it promotes your numbers, just usually girls don't do it because guys take it too seriously and start hanging around. A retail manager would give you a promotion if you were flirting and it was positively affecting sales, one of their only measures is sale % increases, it's not a very hard job.

Also, a "Success rate" is a terrible frame to come from. Too much ego. Not every girl is going to like you. You're not going to like every girl. Focus on the ones who like you rather than don't. You don't have to be exceptionally good looking to find 3-5 girls who are into you. 3-5 is a full schedule.

Also, every girl is always open to meeting a cute guy. A mall is a 16 year old's equivalent of the bar.

Now as far as the number close goes, just to "Hang out" would not be acceptable if I'm doing it too often. It would be better if it was about a shared hobby or interest. Say, volleyball, or stopping by her work
