How significant the impact of coffee on skin is?
I eat according to /fit/, no junk food, soda or alcohol, do workout and basic skincare routines, but coffee is the thing I just can't get rid of.
Daily coffee intake is about 0.5 - 0.75 L (black, no or little sugar).

Then they won't be warm. And if they're wet they can work on a touchscreen anyway. Also if it's cold you'll never wear them, so why not just buy warm gloves (and change your phones touchscreen sensitivity to glove mode) or mittens instead of something you don't need

yes henlo is the Adidas samba adv comfy? I need new shoes to wear at work where I stand on concrete all day (hardware store) and my old shoes are falling apart.
It's either these or some other running shoe but I would like some recommendations please.

Depends on personal preference. I work in a pharmacy where I stand for 12 hours at a time some days, and I love sambas because of the hard sole. You need to really really break them in beforehand though.
What do you wear to work now?
I know some people like more cushy soles to work in all day, but for some reason that makes me feet hurt so fucking bad. I need something hard and stable, so I like sambas.

these are what I wear right now, they're alright but after hours of standing on concrete my feet start hurting. also the sole is separating from the upper at the heel on the left one.
the only other shoes I have are vans and they're terrible bc no arch support.
