You can buy a jacket from a brown suit and then trousers from a blue suit and "match" them. It'll still be a suit.

How long does it generally take you to get nice high contrast fades on jeans?
I've worn my new set more or less every day for the past 6 weeks and I've got a very small amount of fading on the back pockets and seams but I was hoping it would go well faster.

It's summer in the PNW and even though it doesn't get above 85F or so on hot days my rain & cloud conditioned body is hot as hell.

I've got a question. But I must explain first what I think I want.
I really like the aesthetic of the artist/bohemian in the end of the XIX century and begging of XX century (pic related, it's Erik Satie's portrait, and I'll post even more pics).
I know this style is outdated today, and I know that if I wear it, I'll look like a weirdo, considering the century and contemporary style.
My question: How do I pull something similar-but-contemporary using modern clothing?
I want to pull a more traditional outfit to honor my ancestors, since I am an artist--a poet--also.
