I have slightly thinning dark hair. Will bleaching my hair make it look fuller and denser since it won't contrast as much against my scalp? I'm white btw.

Don't. If your hair is thinning, bleach will just damage it further and make it more brittle. Sometimes genetics fuck us over, but it would be better to focus on changing your diet for the better and taking Keratin supplements.

I agree that coloring it could damage it and make it look more dead/thin. I'd say getting a good volumizing powder or spray is the way to go. I use:
Euphora volumizing spray
Unite Expanda Dust
