/fa/ hates earrings but I think that earrings (and piercings in general) can work, although they highly depend on your facial genetics and style, as well as its type. From what I've seen the more masculine someone is the better it looks on them because it offers a juxtaposition since they are usually seen as feminine. Of course there are also masculine types that go well with the average guy. If you really want to you can wear them, but if you're simply wondering whether they'd add to your effayness purely depends on your clothes and face. I wouldn't recommend wearing them every day since I see them as accessories that add spice to some select outfits, but seeing as you need to keep the hole open I don't think that'll go very well unless "sleeping earrings" exist. I don't know a thing about this topic though, so don't take my post as gospel.

I use a shampoo similar to that and use it every 2-3 days followed by a Mane n Tail Conditioner. I dunno if its optimal but it doesn't make my hair full of dandruff or dry. I just need minimal product now when styling
