I got very tight shitty curls.
Right now I'm dealing with it by just buzzing it off.
I think I pull it off but desu I want to look my age (19) and not some 30 year old skinhead.

Go to a black barber. They will hook you up. Believe me. My friend suggested I go to this ethnic salon and I was scared the entire time. But when I got there. Place was pretty professional and while cutting my hair we talked sports the entire time. Now it's my regular spot for my shitty hair .

Trim, don't cut. If you cut, you'll regret it and lose motivation to grow it out again.
Also, unless you went to the beach or smth, your hair texture looks pretty gross. Condition often and brush.
And lose some weight, make your face complement your hair.
