Humans have a common desire to 'belong' to a certain social group which is more successful than other groups. Better looking, healthier, wealthier, stronger etc. etc.

Fashion works through viral marketing to induce a certain image to their demographic that their brand is a display of such a successful group. It can be a simple letter print, a shape, a patch, a color combination, a stitching... it can be literally ANYTHING, as long as you manage to implant this image in the heads of the demographic and make them want to belong to the perceived exclusivity of this group. This is how 'fashion' generally works.

Simple example: Famous singer gets paid by brand X to wear a jacket in his new music video > demographic sees the video > wants to mimic him and buys the jacket > people who are unfamiliar with the singer see a lot of their peers wear the jacket outside > they are driven to buy it too > complete strangers to the singer, his fans and their peers realize that suddenly everyone is wearing this certain jacket > they go and buy it too = Mission accomplished.

Women just get a faux pas because the biker is a model originally designed for men, it's a heavily masculine piece so when a small grill puts it on, it looks like it belongs to someone like her father/boyfriend/brother. Same kind of contradiction you get when you mix combat boots and skirts together.

I feel there is literally nothing I can about having thin hair. This is what i've thought of so far/tried

Take Biotin (can get better shit online) it works a little but not hugely
Nopoo, works
Cold wash hair only, not tried yet
Bleached, damages it (makes it even thinner) but lighter hair looks way less thin, roots become a bitch though
Grow hair out. My theory behind this is more hair = looks less thing, although too long and it'll weigh itself down

Gonna start using product when it gets long enough, like mousse and/or hair texturising spray. That shit makes you hair look like heaven

depends what kind of shoe and temperature
if it's a low profile slim shoe like an achilles low sometimes I'll wear no shows to give my ankles some air so I'm not hot
otherwise if it's cold I'll wear long socks to cover my ankles

I mean it sucks but like you said you can't fix it. However, you don't have to be attractive to be fashionable. Plenty of huge entities in the fashion world are ugly, they just have a sense of style and aren't fat. Keep working on the weight and everything else!

Yeah keep the weight down and all else doesn't really matter, at the end of the you need to validate yourself with what you look like youre not gonna find it anywhere else

what you look like externally doesnt do much for what people will think of you if it's not matched by body language, work on yourself more than trying to buy the jacket that will make you feel good, it doesnt matter what youre wearing till you can feel good in anything

You really can't go wrong with af1s, just wear whatever you want. I'm glad you didn't buy gazelles, adidas are overrated in general and vans are boring unless you're wearing a really nice technical jacket. CPs are just overpriced. But fuck flat sole shoes in general.
