So I've been hearing about hooded eyes, how they are the best looking e.t.c. Now, could someone please explain where the boundary between hooded and non-hooded eyes go? Does the skin have to cover the whole lid or what? My eyes for example are not deep set at all, but from certain angles I see a thin layer of lid, would this be considered hooded eyes? Pic related, my eyes look like that, maybe a slightly bigger gap, but not by much

Basically if it appears that you have monolids, they're most likely hooded. Mine (pic related) cover my eyelid fold so unless I actually move my eyelids with my fingers it looks like I have monolids. It means I generally get mistaken for half Asian or something (I live in Toronto which has a huge Asian population)

I just got a job where I have to wear dress shirts and tuck them in. If, for most of the day, I feel like my throat's tight and it's hard to swallow...What am I doing wrong? I feel like my shirts are tucked in too tight, but I don't know how to tuck them in comfortably. It always feels so uncomfortable and imprisoning. And they're not tight SHIRTS, I actually got a big size for me and I still have the same problem...Can anyone relate? Any advice? I can't work like this.

I have never had that experience caused by shirts, and I wear shirts that are pretty trim. I do get a bit of a tight, uncomfortable feeling if my belt is worn too tight, like I can't breathe properly.

Hey /fa/,
I'm a Young (Career choice omitted) and my job requires me to wear suits and admittedly I look damn good in them. Well, my friend and I just finished watching Luke cage and he's decided the teenager look is finally over for him. He said he wanted to start dressing like diamondback. I have no problem with upping his style but he wants to wear strictly black suits and shit. now I'm a self-proclaimed suit aficionado and I pointed out how off putting that can be not to mention he has a deep chocolate complexion. He doesn't wanna take my advice. Is there any way you guys can give him tips and inspo on dressing like an adult without looking like a funeral director.
