its hard to get a color out, better to start with white or grey.
if you do it, itd have to be dark so id use a decent amount of the dye and leave it in there for a bit

7. Basic watch to finish the looks. doesnt need to be anything expense, brown leather straps and a white face will look great with anything.
8. find at least 3 websites to browse, this will give you an idea of whats in style. i use top man, new look, and ASOS.
9. Glasses. get a more stylish set if you wear them. do the same with sun glasses.
10.Wear it with confidence! im not joking doing so will improve how you feel and other will notice.

Health & Fitness
1. Secret, if your fat (like i was) you dont have to do alot of exercise to lose weight! changing your diet is 10x more affective.
2. dont drink soda, seriously this helps massively.
3. Change out junk food for better food. this way you are not going hungry and are still eating right. e.g look about for alternatives, oven baked chips/crisps for example.
4.drink water. good for skin good for weight lose. just good
5.eating 4+ meals a day of healthy food will help stop you snacking and speed up your metabolism, helping you lose weight!
6. Working out. set your self a goal. lets say 4 weeks. do 1 hour of exercise 4 days a week for 4 weeks. and see how much you change.
7.if your skinny fat dont do cardio, lift weights.
8. go on a jog, or bike ride if your new to exercise.
9. Protein, eat it, lots of it!
10. if your fat dont worry about what other think if they see you doing exercise. the reason your doing it is to stop being so keep going!

Social
1. if you have any friends try to do something as a group at least 1 every 2 weeks.(not gaming)
2.if not, join a club or find an interest in which you can be social with people
3. GET A JOB. quit being picky and get motivated to show people your not worthless and get a job!
4.be prepared to step out of your comfort zone, you will probably end up having fun and if not, at the least a new experience.
5. Fight back! are you bullied? Hit back, even if they kick the shit out of you, if you manage to land a hit on one they will know that you will again!

There are multiple reasons

One, you're most likely a male and most likely straight, so you have the bias of attraction to one and not the other

Two, women's clothing is a lot more versatile than men's and they can get away with far more unconventional shit without seeming too edgy

Three, his designs for women are just a lot better. They're slim, flattering, they don't have the stupid sleeveless shit, it's better all around

pf flyers are great. you can find them cheap, they're unique, dat ribbed front sole, insoles are comfy af, and they make you run faster and jump higher. They fit true to size, I'm a 8.5-9 and I got a 9 and there's still a little room but I only notice that when I'm skating them cause I like tight shoes when I'm skating. here's proof, they're a bit ripped up though from skating

yeah, the general population has yet to catch on to them so there's no stigma with them. I gave up on converse because of that and replaced them with these and some DKNY chuck knock offs that I thrifted and can't be found anymore that are just so much better quality. I love pf flyers I would recommend them
