Maybe it's because /fa/ is probably comprised of teenagers, but this board fails to realize that an attractive car will make you more /fa/ than clothing ever will. You can literally dress like the world's biggest slob and everyone will have a negative impression of you, but the moment they see you step in or out of a nice car, their opinions change immediately. It's more impressive and more of a status symbol than clothing can ever hope to be.
I just wanted to impart this little message here.
I just wanna add that the trick is to get a foreign vintage - not your own country one. If you're in America, then old muscle cars are pleb shit. get a European vintage or a gook one is cool too.
>caring about a wench's opinion
Stay pleb, philistine
This guy is more /fa/ than every teenager on this board who spends $600 on ugly sneakers.
I have a question, I'm a male who is nearing 30. I really love the look of most Womens clothing. Mostly the designs of dresses and skirts, and I personally really like tights and shorts. Not form fitting clothes, more lose stuff. I'm curious if there are designs that are similar that conform to a average male body. I'm not looking to look as if I'm a women, with a figure of one nor anything else related. I just really like the styling of them.

Have you heard of Rick Owens?

unless you make it yourself I doubt you're gonna find quality wanna be HBA. if anything just start saving for it before the next season otherwise you might have to check grailed every once in a while but there's not a ton of HBA on there either. GL

Hate corduroy jackets, love corduroy pants. Why would it be a meme?
>>11938232
I searched a corduroy jacket for ages. Don't tell it to everybody, corderoy is effay as fuck, do your own style. Don't be a stupid fuccboi.
>>11938314
Edit: Well, i like the 70s style more, not that stupid modern fuccboi shit. The 70s style is sadly extremly rare and stupidly expensive.

What are some /fa/ magazines to check out? I want somewhere to draw some inspo from but all they sell locally are mags like GQ and stuff.
Side question: are there any /fa/ Canadian fashion magazines or no?
Pic related, popeye seems cool as fuck.
popeye looks great, does anyone know how to get a subscription in north america?
You can pay 15 bucks a month in shipping and go through a courier, it's a huge hassle and i would recommend against it (magazine house does offer it though)
Or you can go to a Japanese bookstore and buy it every month...Toronto and Vancouver should have them
Or get it from Amazon Japan for ~$15 a month with two day shipping. That's what I do

i understand the new vegas folder is not in your video games section because it's a folder but the thing would look so much better if you just pulled out the icon to the video game section and put that section in the middle to make it more symmetrical
Post yours

Not really a /fa/ poster... Or person in general but i would like some advice from you guys
Basically i am trying to get /fit/ and /fa/ but as you can imagine i am totally lost on the later so perhaps you guys can recommend me some fitting haircut/clothes/accessories/ect
And who knows? Perhaps upload your pictures and get some advice for yourself?
Will upload some pics bellow (don't want to be the face of the thread)
>inb4 all i get is insults and memes
>asking an entire thread to cater to your wants and needs
lurk more holy fucking shit. you're not gonna become /fa/ overnight.
>black skinny jeans
>stan smiths
>grey sweater
effay overnight
more realistically, start with basics like slim khaki chinos, black and darkwash jeans, earth tone long-sleeve shirts, and sneakers that have at most 2 colors on them
the most important step though is paying attention to what other people are wearing and when you see someone that you think dresses in a way that you'd also like to dress, just steal what they're wearing or at least copy some of the elements
eventually you'll start to understand why what they were wearing works and you'll be able to replicate it with your own additions and changes and you'll be able to put together your own fits
basically just fake it until you make it and don't give a fuck if people react weirdly to your new style of dress, it's going to happen but fashion is 90% being confident in what you're wearing

This thread is for everybody /fa/m

Anyone know good books about Italian fashion for men? Specifically the Italian theory of dressing well while seeming that you don't care about fashion.
its all for nothing.
>she left him for prince of gingers prince harry
>>11940798
Well to be fair he's a shitskin and can't get a suit tailored properly
>>11940798
Status > looks for men, and Harry is not ugly either although obv not MM-tier.
http://www.endclothing.com/blog/the-focus-the-investment-piece/
>A wardrobe truly worth investing in is a wardrobe you’ll covet not just this year, but for the next decade or longer.
Was reading this earlier, what does /fa/ think of this statement? What is an "investment piece" to you?
>>11940619
Yeah you should invest in core items , this is common sense.
What a shit thread
I feel like an investment piece isn't a item you'll buy on a hype. It's a item you'll buy not for today, not to flex on strangers, not to impress your peers but an item you'll wear now and in the future.
An item made of high quality materials, with high quality stitchwork and designed by someone who's ideas you feel like you can relate to.
It's the difference between a fast fashion pleather perfecto jacket compared to a high fashion leather perfecto jacket. It's the difference between a Reigning Champ hoodie and a Bonds hoodie. A plain white tee from the supermarket and a plain white tee from, let's say a store like Incu.
The quality of the item is priority as well as how versatile it is.
Of course you can own 6 bogos however if you're living in a place where it's primarily winter would you really want to wear them under your sweater/jacket/coat as opposed to an icebreaker merino shirt?
The only thing worth investing is bespoke suits. Or custom leather jackets. Or bespoke shoes.
