start putting together a basic wardrobe because browsing here for even a week or two will make all your old clothes look like shit

what you should have:
>slim/skinny jeans (h&m are fine, levis 510s or 511s also good)
>t shirts (aim for earthy colors and make sure you have some whites and blacks for undershirts, h&m is probably your best option but you can't really fuck this up outside of gildan)
>outerwear like jackets and sweaters (should be the main article of clothing you use to pull an outfit together in the winter, try bombers, sweaters, parkas. try alpha industries, uniqlo, h&m, and basic UO stuff)
>basic white or black shoes (vans old skools and sk8 his, converse/pf flyers, ultra boosts, common projects if you've got the money)

after that you can start copping cooler looking pieces that stand out, cop or not general is good for that and if you're interested in streetwear then r/streetwear and r/fashionreps (though fuck hypebeast shit, don't get into that)

and if you're not happy with your weight then lose it before you buy clothes, don't bother with nice clothes until you're either skinny or fit
