While watching I enjoyed it.

That's what I liked the most about it.
It was fast paced, that I never had the feeling it unnecessarily stretches things out and got straight to the point with everything.

In the long run, though, it didn't leave a big impression on me. Never had the urge to rewatch it or check the source material.

The show did everything right in terms of pacing and characters. The slapstick and over the top humour was also really well done. However the ending was very lacking in the explanation of the world itself and the past experiences of the other minor characters. I think it never fitted into a timeless classic because of the message it was trying to send. Life is fleeting, and you should enjoy it. Now enjoy some tits.
