Wow thanks, it probably grabbed your attention because it was so in-depth or something like that.

As for your sketch, the most important improvement to make is that her hair should be as affected by the wind as everything else is. In fact it should still be mostly on the other side (the now-inside) of the dress.
In order for her breasts to go towards her face I think the wind has to be blowing at her from the front with somewhat of an upward angle, so it looks like that's mostly a matter of where the pantie strings are.
If you can, try getting her breasts closer to her face (shorter neck? stretch them more?).
And for one last detail, please make one of her eyes closed.

Now that I've typed that all out, it seems like I'm being really picky, so just tell me if I'm asking for too much.

Unfortunately there's not much like like this that I can find, but I think it's a matter of the fabric and strings flow in about the same directional line. The string should be pulling the rest of the panty in the same way that the string pulls itself. If/when you move the strings to be more upward try to make the fabric look more ruffled or something.

The worst was one where this guy asked me to make several changes to a finished drawing I made for him. Then a couple of threads later he asked for the same drawing again. Exact same character in the exact same pose and outfit.

I was tempted to just post the drawing I had already done for him out of spite, but you have to understand people who are doing these drawings are doing them for free. They don't owe you anything.

If you want to get bossy to the person drawing a picture for you then get a paid commission. At least in that sense the artist actually owes you an image within an agreed upon time frame.

Hmm. Looking at it a little more I think I may have reversed the "tongue" thingy. I'm new to anime/manga style drawing lol the black shading is a technique I use that I actually really love now that I've used it for a while. I shade everything with grey tone markers, to create a slight greyscale, then Xerox or photocopy the original in black and white. It pushes the greyscale into black and white and leaves a really cool washed out black shading. If your interested lol just thought I'd share.
