The flash now seems to require a server environment to run in. If the problem persists in future versions, you might want to set up your own offline server; don't worry, it's not only easy, it's even relatively simple to do. I'd recommend xampp, but get a portable version.

Tried making a new pair of boots.
In an effort to better match the cleaner lines of other content in the game, I made them super-huge this time, figuring I would just scale them down. Turns out I made them a bit too big, and the game can't scale them down far enough to fit perfectly on anyone's feet (plus they look all ugly and pixelated when you're not zoomed in on them.) Ended up manually putting them on in paint.net... even then, I'm not happy with the loss of detail due to excessive downscaling. I'll definitely have to tinker with these a bit more to get them to look good.

Is it possible to make an offline custom html file that loads the current online swf? I tried doing it via writing in the url in the src field for the flash section but it didn't load anything at all for me.

I much prefer having custom sized flash windows rather than the tiny thing the online page gives but since he broke offline copies I haven't found a way to get it working.

There is reason for that. They are actually earphones, so when she puts them on, they will cover her ears. Since you're limited on how large the hair pieces were,I didn't feel I could make the ears look like they were going back (On the side of the head), so, since earphones change their angle when you put them around your neck (more closed, and angled inward) I thought that could make up for it.
If I could do a side-view, I'd done them in more detail and put them on her ears, and if I could do a rear-view, I'd show it at a different angle.
