Hi everybody, I've placed cups with hot coffee in them directly on my table and now those parts have gotten faded and I need some help on how to make them look like new again.

power wash first, if no power wash then water and scrub brush.
sand a bit, probably more than a bit
stain with a dark stain like walnut
I suggest a dark stain because you wont get rid of all the discoloration and the dark stain will disguise whats left.

That will buff out. Use a dab of car polish.
You can strip the finish off then sand it down. Then restrain the top
i would try an extra fine sandpaper or even steel wool to knock down whatever sealant is on it. then follow with a product like Restore-A-Finish and if it looks good seal again with a spray can of polyurethane.
