That one looks like its made from worbla or some similar thermoplastic.

It looks like that artist made a bunch of templates for cutting the plastic to create the basic shape, which to do on the fly is pretty impressive.

If you're looking to make something LIKE this and dont have much experience in prop work its easier if you make a cardstock sculpt and coat it in fiberglass resin to make it stronger.

Not to take anything away, but if you are trying to reference Anubis, remember that he is a Jackal headed God.. What you are showing is definately not a jackal.
