Start with the math for how much HDPE that actually is. Are you buying all that or collecting it from bottles and caps? Do you have a good method to break up this obscene amount of material to prep for sheeting? Do you have ventilation for your oven? Do you have a spare oven you don't use for food?

Build a few from plans before you start winging it a lot. It will teach you some valuable lessons.
