Anyway as a body decomposes the body and fluids become acidic. So that burned appearance is from a chemical burn.
I would also expect the acid to etch or eat away some of the gold.
So what do?
First you need to make sure it is no longer a bio hazard, so wash it in a 10% bleach solution and scrub it, wear a mask so you don't inhale that stuff. If it still has a odor then Lysol
I would take it to a jewler to sell as scrap.

are you sure it's actual gold? cause if it is, chuck it into some HCl. Gold is very unreactive, so the acid will eat whatever else is on it

Another simple pocket hole jig is to get a scrap of wood and guess-and-check the angle until you get it right. It won't last forever, but it'll do a few holes with a somewhat decent degree of accuracy.
Best part of it is it's free, so you get what you pay for. But if you have some scrap wood laying around, it'll do decently. Hardwood works best, anything soft and it's likely to get too much play in it through repeated use in a very short period of time, but a scrap bit of pine will work in a pinch.

Personally I'd still go for the full sized kit w/ everything so you can actually make consistent holes and stuff easier. Trust me on this. I used one back in HS for a little rifle crate/display box and it made things really simple, fast, and not shit. I've been thinking of actually building some shelving and a table myself and it's one of the top things I need to pick up before I get started, it made it just that much easier.

This is also true. Very few people get both. Even those who get both usually have a strong preference for one of them. Also, it depends on the type of programming. For example embedded programming (depending on what you do) can be closer to "engineering thinking" than developing an OOP C# Calendar.
I guess the reason for this is that electronics is mainly physics+intuition and has a certain dynamics, while programming is more hard logic and being the same.

Build a strawbale house. I know in the US the is a community where you can help out for a week to learn how to build one.

I got the same idea but in Europe. Living off grid mostly.

I've got a Stanley that takes those and I find it to be more trouble than it's worth. Changing or flipping the blades is a pain in the ass, the slider button is unpleasant and the blades wiggle/rattle. Because of that, I always end up passing over it for a pocket knife or something else.

I'm pretty set on a breakable blade knife or two, just wondering if there are others I should consider before NT Cutter.

ive only ever used the olfa but ive used it a shitton for model making (yay architecture) and ive never felt a need to switch to anything else. the 9mm is just too small imho so i always use the 18

is somewhat valid but you need to make sure to not buy shit blades. the olfa cutters all come with good (enough) quality blades but if you just go down to the hardware store and buy whatever dime bin shit it wont be worth anything. Those titanium coated blades sound gimmicky but they actually work rather well for chipboard and basswood. They are also much more rigid and less likely to snap randomly on you like the breakaway ones. Not that it happens often but it can.

Will you be able to make a built in wardrobe? That should be much easier, your first step should be to attach a frame around the alcove (2x2 should be enough). Next depends on whether you want to split it or keep it as one large wardrobe.

If you can supply pictures I could give you a simple sketch (how you want to do it will depend a little on details)

Moreover I'd say you need a saw (what kind depends on choice of material (I wouldn't cut sheets of plywood with a hand saw and expect it to be straight but I suck at sawing)). A level is a bit of a must. A hammer or screwdriver (protip, screwdrivers require less skill (don't laugh, it's true) but some might prefer the flat head of a nail for aesthetics (there's also nailguns and jointing but for a simple and cheap solution I think those are out.

5 to 10K. Most of that cost is tiny appliances and the trailer the house sits on. ( needs to be on a trailer to pass through legal loop holes in most states).
The biggest cost is having a place to put it. You're either going have to squat, find a trailer park, or find some land with utility hook ups.
