Old CRT monitors are super useful to me right now because I had the crazy idea of combining light guns and video synthesizers.

I remember piles of them being everywhere less than a decade ago, but it was over a month of dumpster diving before one showed up. I'm now hording three of them now.

Just a though, but why didn't you start a thread on "How to source electronic components for free" instead of dumpster diving.

This thread will devolve into people talking about that one great score they got 6 years ago, people saying they grab everything, people calling them hoarders, people saying they would shoot anyone who dived in their bins, and the other regular posts.

This appears to be what you are looking for, although that resolution would be pretty bad for a secondary display. 480x234

Meh, you could make a side screen showing system parameters like temps and voltages, twitter feeds, or other real time info you might like to display. I can't find it but some dude built a 5" CRT into the front of his case for just this reason. He did need to code up a solution to retrieve and pipe that data out, but it's not outside the realms of possibility.

You will have issues getting a reliable reading, as the tanks tend to be small (in volume) and prone to fluid level changes due to flight attitude.

Most light aircraft, the fuel gauge is a suggestion at best, and fuel remaining is based on knowing the volume of fuel consumed at the desired power setting.

Basically, except you have ~1 hour of total op, so your radius is 25 minutes with a 5 minute cushion.

Think flight time, and not fuel time.
Even though you're in a paraglider, you don't want to go wetfoot or hug a tree, because you thought you had a few more ml of fuel.

You're on the money anon, that would be the speed adjust potentiometer for the 45rpm drive. The other would be for 33. And yes, it's fucked, the crack has broken the circuit path.

You'll need it's value to replace it. Have a close look. Do you see any numbers stamped on it? You may need to desolder it and have a look at the other side.

Matter of fact, the one alongside looks kinda fucked as well, the center of the wiper appears to be out of alignment with the body of the trimmer. Might be worth replacing both if you're restoring this beastie.

remove the film underneath and there is adhesive.
stick the plate on and its more solid, as these are modular, the can be taken apart.

well, the value is always 1, actually, but thats because i assign that value in the ADC2_Init function.

I'm going to have a "community room" where I'll set up a tv, a few sofas, and maybe a pool or a foozeball table. They'll have access to the washer, dryer, and kitchen if they choose to use it. And they have a pretty decent sized yard to do other shit it.

Pay an estate agent to manage your property and tenants. You'll lose some of what you make but it'll be alot easier and come with less stress.

2 2x4 posts with a 45 degree angle support between them. Red is bolts, tighten them to clamp two sets of 2x4 with the support beam sandwiched between them; no glue or fastening to beam needed this way. Bar is blue.

i wont be able to test if it emits any useful ultrasonic sound wave tho, but i hardly doubt it.
even if they can generate some, degrading the power from the batteries will affect it.
