Good news everyone!

My DIY Invisalign project is almost over, and it's worked quite well. Maybe some of you guys remember this from last summer.

I'll post the old photos, as well as my new straighter teeth.

Here's where they are now. There's two aligners left to go in the original set I made.

I'm considering taking a new mold and re-scanning it to make some minor course correction adjustments. Not sure if I'm gonna do that yet, I'm pretty happy where they ended up.

Congratulations on it actually working, inb4 teeth fall out.

I'm in college, design and production class, and for our exams project we'll be making a machine that'll be "mass" producing a part of a product. Something like a can crusher would be a good example, although that'd be too simple and boring to do.

What would some ideas for the product to mass produce be?

(Pic attached is most recent project, makes waffles)

I like this idea, but that would probably be too much to make in the 8 weeks we have to make this.

We only get 2 weeks to make the actual product.

I see a chance to make good money here but everything I searched on google requires some sort of payment. I had my phone unlocked by some Indian guy not long ago and he charged me 20 bucks all he did was open 2 applications and type some stuff in and in 20 minutes he unlocked my phone. Any advice? Thanks

Op here. Just wanna mention that im asking for any resources or info that can help me unlock phones. I want to sell this kind of unlocking service to make quick $
>>
Whenever I have a problem with my phone I just leave it overnight on a bowl of rice... The Chinese will come and fix it and next morning it works! ....Now seriously making money out of free advice is not cool...make a real effort and learn about phones/technology if that interests you
>>
>>963932
Im sorta making a real effort though. I cant learn without being taught from someone who knows and having to go and ask on specialized forums is more of an effort than googling it at least but I get what your saying

I'm only waiting on longer shanks to be able to install the first two taps.

On tap: very dry belgian blonde and a saison
Fermenting: Experimental simcoe pale and a cascade pale.

So all my switches are wired like this except like 4 in my house. Why would only 4 random switches have a neutral in the box? The wiring matches the house original in all.

Is theres an easy way to get a neutral to these switch boxes, or am I going to be running more wire?

Built in late 60s, trying to get some Z wave switches installed. I can do the wiring myself if needed, but cannot figure out the whole 'neutral in half the switches' thing. Pic related, 120v from breaker, other end goes to light.
>>
Switch phase and neutral in the junction box for that particular switch?
No idea why they'd be switched though. Maybe they're actually all connected randomly and it's just a coincidence?

I'm jealous though. As bad as american wiring is, I have to do with horribly shitty soviet wiring... White aluminum wiring, literally no markings and no ground.
Ask an electrician from the power company for and estimate on how much it'd cost to get the ground to at least the washing machine.
>don't bother with it, too much effort
>>
>>963594
The reason some of your boxes look like that (2 wire romex, improperly using the white wire as hot instead of neutral) is because the switch was further from the source of electricity and your electrician was cheap/lazy. So they only ran the hot to the switch.

In the other cases the switch was between the light and the source of electricity. Since it was on the way anyhow they just ran all the wires through the box.

I have 3 monitors and they all have capacitive touch buttons to turn them on. I want to make a master button that touches all three of them at the same time. I tried just taking a wire and taping it ot the button and touching it but that did not work. How do I trick it? I dont want to take apart the monitors because they were expensive and I am a noob.
20 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
the only way you're going to do this is by taking apart the monitors. The two terminals on your master switch need to connect to each of the two terminals where the individual ON buttons are.
>>
>>963366
go to a butchers and get some pig skin
get a long piece of wood to reach all buttons, hinge it to your desk and attach pig skin where the buttons are

Guys I have minor scratches on my PS2 disc and /v/'s being really fucking useless, it didn't bothered me at first but I can't seem to finish the game, would brasso work? Pic unrelated my scratches are mostly like tiny dots

>>
no idea about brasso, but I've heard toothpaste works though I've never tried it myself.

I would probably have tried it at some point if I didn't still have my crank cd doctor, works with water and friction, so I'd suggest before rubbing brasso or toothpaste all over your disks to just try buffing it out with water and a clean cloth
>>
>>963016
you need to polish the disk, look for "Aleratec - DVD/CD Disc Repair Plus System" or something like that, also that will make the disk weak, also google how to launch backup games from usb stick, so you can use a backup instead of the actual disk

Leaks first. They are the likely source of most of the problems.

If it is your parents house still tell them that shit needs to happen but you can't afford to help with material.

Offer your services if they provide the material. Don't sink your wages into the house because they can still sell it out from underneath you making more money from your hard work and funds

So I have an interview in a few weeks and I decided that I wanted to dye my hair back black. So I currently had blonde hair and my roots were growing back but before that I bleached my roots and they were a ginger color.

So now I bought a semi permanent black hair dye but the color didn't come out right. The blonde parts are black but the roots where I bleached it to a ginger like color is still showing. How do I fix this?
