I´m currently making a Unity game where you live in a town in which portals to other worlds open with monstergirls etc and you can fight, recruit, breed, put them in your brothel etc. As this place is quite desirable you need to pay a continuously increasing amount of money each day to stay there or its gameover.
I´ll probably have different factions/npcs which attack/give quests/help you etc. depending on how you play.
Currently I´m focussing on gameplay so there isnt really any porn content/events now other than nude characters

I will probably add a lot more and combinations of them. For example now only centaur + plant (pic related) and mermaid + plant combinations are in the game.

I really hate it when there is no gameover condition in a game. Eventually there will be end goals to achieve and i don´t like having hard timelimits for abstract goals where youre never quite know how well you´re doing right now.
having basically a race between increasing your income and your expenses lets the player know if theyre doing well or not and forces them to atleast do something (I probably won´t make it too hard to outrace your expenses on normal difficulties).
Also I try to make the game have a lot of replayability by having basically everything randomly generated and providing a lot of different valid playstyles (Exploring,fighting in arenas,breeding,quests,brothel etc.) and unlockables/achievements.
But as for everything at this stage I might change it completly if I find something more fitting

If I built something like that, what would people want?

I'm thinking a simple outline and letting the player fill in the details with their imagination might be the simplest. They tried to do something more ambition with the CoC character viewer and it was never finished.

It would be for mostly human shapes. Maybe bunny ears. Nothing too furry. And be used to show gender swap, pregnancy, breast expansion, ass/hip expansion, muscles. etc.

I'm not quite happy with the buttons interface of my little game Ethos of Darkness. I need to separate between targeted and general options, and also give enough information about what each actions does. I don't think the current setup is the best solution.

Next big update will include the option of playing as aggressor in the after combat sex-scene, and I'll need to implement even more targeted and general actions into this menu. Any suggestions to make it more practical?

This is not clear enough, and doing both these things will lock you in a loop.
You need to refresh the page (F5, ^R, w/e) once after any save/load. Until you refresh, the popups will fuck up. You can refresh right after saving so you don't waste your time doing and redoing the entire minigames.

game doesn't run that hot on firefox. It kind of hangs between choices.

So far for me, the middle section was the most fun and the hottest. I liked being able to see my character change and I liked having to plot how to infect everyone before my tits got noticeable.

The constant visual ques were good in that area and pictures to go along with the text were good. I don't always feel like reading the text. And when I did, the pictures added to the experience.

I wasn't super hot on the first part. It felt like there were limited choices and there was only one way to do things. I didn't like being forced to use the mouth parasites. This was more like a novel game than a real game with choices.

The mall later on was ok. Not as strong as the house part before. Choices felt mostly meaningless. I think you're going in the right direct by letting me infect a mall. But everything seemed kind of samey. More visual ques would probably be good.

I have been inspired by New Haven and Free Cities. Plan is to have a completable game with focus on dungeon raiding and its exploration aspect. You operate a space crew (1-5 members) in dangerous locales. It's possible to leave crew members to complete a task in a room while the rest go venture deeper. Tasks like opening a locked door, hacking, operating a system (radio, doors, turrets, traps)... Obviously there is a risk. I like risks. Crew members are rare so you want to save them. The risks are not always realized.

Combat is turn based actions between parties, with melee and ranged stances. Monsters will grapple and molest the crew if they get close (and your character rolls poorly).
In addition to transformation/expansion of various body parts, I plan on having a fluid mood/expression system. Ahegao, struggling, happiness, buttslut perks etc. Will finally feel dynamic and not change arbitrarily between scenes. The different moods affect psyche and as such are important to note. Abandoning a member will be devastating on them, even if you come back for them - but less so than a full molestation of all members.

It's still on the paper phase, and it seems to bloat so very easily. I think I will have a few bones by the end of the year. However, language and engine proposals will be taken seriously - I'm even willing to learn a new language for the project.

I've been working on a simple ACT game. Male hero searching for ring of infinite HP. Lives in a world where monsters suck your HP out through your dick. His motivations for his quest are unknown.

The game is called "Hero and Monster". There's a thread on ulmf if you want updates. Some people started complaining about how much time it's taking, so I threw together a demo yesterday:

The game will have 9 enemies, 1 stage hazard, and three helper monsters on release. Each enemy has a normal H animation, an H animation if you have the ring, and an H animation if you're KO'd. Also, each animation has a variation if you put on/take off the ring during the animation.

I can make it pretty simple and expand from there. These are the top priorities now.
What I'll expand from there on are probably assets (stuff like eye color, butter size, placeholder perks) as they are easy to add. I'll probably add them whenever I feel braindead as well. After that it'll be the sex, monsters (+combat and behavior), loot and transformations. And finally the more advanced systems like moods, pregnancies, relationships, and the innovations I conjure along the way.
I'm making it on Java as it seems to be the easiest way to actually do this.

Played it for a bit. Are you planning to add male monsters or just lots of futas? If you want to add futas then maybe you should have some that are like newhalfs or infertile as a woman.

Also small chance of pregnancy at the brother later on might be an idea.

Combat isn't too bad, the limit of 5 for the party is good, but if you could add some way to take more monsters back as prisoners just to sell to the brothel or something that would be nice, since you can hit 5 really quickly.

Also some way to heal and get mana back as a tile, and having more tiles would be nice(Ie a tile that gives you money if you fight a strong enemy or something).

Hard to say much more, but I'm happy to give you feedback as you make more versions or whatever.

I´ll probably add males but I try to have it so every species kinda makes sense to exist so futa is just the easiest way because nothing else is needed. Maybe I make some male/Female only type monsters with extremely dominant genes. But I probably will have a lot of species with every gender possible.

Pregnancy at brothel will be possible with a way of paying a bit to prevent this. I haven´t really decided how I´m gonna do pregnancy because I don´t actually like anything pregnancy related. So I either do it the lazy way like now (simply spawning adult characters instantly) or I make them spawn in eggs. Eggs would be quite fun to find in the wild, as rewards, etc.

I will make it possible too either recruit characters as friends or capture them as slaves, but I think both will take up the same slots.
Friends will be able to go on expeditions and generally do everything more efficiently, but have a higher upkeep and only do stuff if they are not too exhausted (will be harder too recruit them this way and they leave if morale is too low). Slaves reduce the morale of other characters but you can use them regardless of their exhaustion and have to pay a lot less upkeep. General reputation is influenced by the way you get new characters.

I will have a lot more Overworld tiles like bossfights,shops, events etc. but I´ll keep healing very limited so it´s not really possible to stay outside for an infinite amount of time (currently you can heal a bit everywhere by camping at the cost of some time).

Arn't you already limited in staying outside by gold?

When you overstay your trip limit it costs a ton and you could run the risk of being trapped with no way back(if the portal closes, not sure if that's added yet) or you might have to use an important/expensive item to return if being trapped forever is too harsh. Plus the chance to randomly run into enemies means that you could stumble into a really strong foe and get wiped, so I'd way portals are fair as they are now honestly. If you add healing spring tiles/mana tiles you could also add random "survive" events where you have to try to live for X turns before enemies stop piling in or you can run away if you wanted another reason to make it hard to stay.

Also breeding mechanics in particular are pretty unclear(apparently crossbreeds can happen and I've found them in the wild but I've never gotten one) and the chances of different things being impregnanted seem all over the place.

Also if it isn't now you might want to make breeding pseduo random distrubtion rather than true random because having a 19% breed work not work 16 times in a row is really frustrating.
