If this is your first attempt, this story rather neatly exemplifies something I've always been keen to point out to people considering writing masking fiction- it really makes you focus on what you're *really* into, in this case the still pretty barren subsection of multiple person suits. While that isn't my cup of tea in particular, I very much appreciate the detail which I think is essential to this subgenre; what it feels like for both individuals having them literally pressed up against each other, forced to move and, perhaps, think as one.

That's where I'd take this story, thematically. You have two characters, Markus (or is it Mike, I think autocorrect might have done a number here) and Andrea, you've established that it was Markus's desires that got her into this and that she was initially hesitant, but now she's a solid suiting convert.

Does Markus know this already? If not, his actions and requests of her might be guided by the belief that she's doing it for him, giving her an opportunity to take charge, with them both suited together. This could lead to an interesting situation (especially if you're into bondage), where both characters trade desires playing characters for each other, both in the sense of to pleasure one another, but also literally controlling whatever body they now inhabit. The pair of them developing a new personality, identity, when they are in the same suit together is also an angle you could explore. Suit malfunctions, not necessarily getting stuck in suit or transforming, but perhaps just one of those cocks being wedged in an interesting place while walking around the convention floor is also a vehicle you could use to add tension. Perhaps an attractive cosplayer assuming "Samus" is but one person. I personally wouldn't spend too much words going on the background of Markus Creneth or how they got suits unless its essential to a later plot point; I find that readers have already generally copped to an understanding and suspension of disbelief whereupon the suits work as you say they do and the costs are somehow managed by the characters in a world where they still remain fantastical.
