There's not enough people that are both into size/vore, and have a rift or a vive. Most have mobile VR. Real-time versions take a huge amount of active work to make, compared to pre-rendered. So doing that for just a handful of people, is not very efficient, when I could use that time to make completely new content instead. While rendering will take a long time, I can do that when I'm not working, so it doesn't cut directly to my active work hours.

I do eventually want to make more real-time content as well, but it's not a priority. Yet.
