In order to remove a jinx you select a spare weapon item (demonstone/feather) and use that to dispell the magic of the jinx. Bear in mind the weapon will be destroyed, so use cheap and junky ones from the mall.

A bit more feedback after doing extended playtesting today to try and confirm whether the bug with the jinxes was a thing,

Also I find it hilarious that NPC's that have either the broodmother fetish or the pregnancy fetish (or both at the same time) turn up angry at the player for getting them knocked up. You'd think they'd thank the player for fufilling their fetish with an item or something.

additional feedback: some kind of debug room in the mansion (EG a basement level) would be nice where you can spawn items for testing purposes, for example a shirt with a random unidentified aspect, or one that's specifically an unditentified jinx, would be nice rather than working against RNG for 5 hours would be nice... that is if it's possible to implement, if not, don't sweat it. Was just a thought.


Also in a future update will it be possible to bring back no-name, or named NPCs to the mansion?... I mean hell.. gotta do something with all those empty rooms besides give Rose high intensity handholding in every single one of them.

I want ideas for a cowgirl themed game.

Been working on a modding framework for Twine 1.4.2. So far, I have decompiling HTML to individual .tw files for every passage, doing the same for .tws files, and recompiling the whole mess back to HTML.

Next, updating jQuery and adding jQueryUI.

The game I'm modding is BOUNDLESS, but I don't think you guys want to know more than that since it unfortunately has lots of furry content in it.

It preserves the positioning of tiles in the Twine GUI, for instance, and I have a buildsystem written in Python that integrates a stripped-down and modified Twine 1.x compiler that can run headless, as well as CoffeeScript builds. This will run on Windows, Linux and maybe Mac if your OS is in a good mood.

I just started playing Lilith's this weekend and didn't feel like the minimap was too small.
I took a few moments to explore around the whole town and then navigating was pretty easy from there.
Maybe once all the additional zones that are planned get added a real map might be needed.

Also as someone who just started playing, I'm loving the game. Kinda ran out of things to do for now but looking forward to future updates.

I liked how sex scenes where actually interactive, as opposed to other games like CoC where every scene is scripted. Thought they did get kind of repetitive quick. A way to instantly do them would be a nice feature if you want to get the reward for sex but don't want to do the same sex scene over and over. Would be even nicer if this feature took into account your characters fetishes and sexual history into account and generated a sex scene for you. Might be kinda fun to try to manipulate and see how it changes.

More GUI refinement, hexes now have individual data and a very bland naming system based off of generated mob compositions. So hex A is generated and has 60% banditos, 30% nagas and 40% random other things, it will be a "Fortified -"______ , because it is Bandit controlled. Hex B can have a 40% naga, and a 40% lizard folk, and that will be a "Wartorn -" ______.

Planning to have certain things effect these compositions, like biome type, or if one hex is a special hex like a "Lamia Temple", all the surround hexes will get an increase in naga comp.

These comp types are going to play into the events that can be drawn from exploring that particular hex.

At this point, I think it's largely just a meme. We joke about it on the discord, and I wouldn't be surprised if the last few posts with "spaghetti code is a cunt" were just coming from people I speak to regularly on the discord.

As for how it started, I have no idea. The discord was relatively new at the time, and it just popped up in the thread without context one day. There was (and probably still is) a lot of hostility about the existence of the discord and it's perceived impact on the quality of the general at the time.

As for me personally, the server admin is on EU time, and I was assigned a bot admin role (when we only had one bot) with a unique color. It's possible that people had assumed that I run the server and thus some of the discord hostility goes towards me, but I have no way of knowing if that's the case. I generally don't argue with people, and I've only ever banned spammers, so I can't imagine that it's a single person holding a grudge. We do have a shitposting channel where several of us are standard-issue /pol/, while most of the server leans towards the left. I imagine that gets pretty abrasive, even though it is confined to the one channel.

I'm sure most people couldn't care less about this drama, so I won't continue to derail the thread. You can always stop by the discord if you have questions for me personally. Otherwise, we'll have to wait for an explanation from whoever started that.

I think you guys reached the end of content by that point though. You can basically grind the grindest grind or learn about the outside world and try to get bought, which ends the game (end of current content).

Hex movement is in, the plan is if you're already on a certain hex, you can explore it directly to trigger an event. However, moving from hex to hex will only have a chance to trigger events. I'm thinking the more you pass through a hex, the event chance will lower, but it will also be influenced by party size.You move to the hex by double clicking it.

I was actually planning on having that Willpower mechanic, with things such as being in a good mood and getting a good night's sleep giving you more Willpower to say no. I figure a big focus of the game would be keeping you "resources" in check, mainly your grades to keep a scholarship, money to pay rent and things, and maybe a general happiness or mood, which would affect your max willpower. As the game progressed, you would be trying to balance them, while slowly becoming others' personal slut. Staying up late studying for that big test would leave you with less Willpower the next day and you would be more vulnerable, for example.
