That said because I figure you're probably using paint for this - google and download the program paint.net, as well as the "outline object" plugin (or just one of the big packs you can easily find by searching for paint.net effects). Paint doesn't have a lot of features you want for editing, most especially viewable in the lower right - you want to outline that shit with a nice little white shadow to make it stand out from the background. Also try to keep text center-justified, you have a couple left there. Another tip I've seen float around is to cascade your text so that it's thin at top at bottom and thickest in the middle - I've made a quick mockup of something like that, pic related.

The last post regarding it on the website is not only an unfair change showing the hair down and makeup afterwards with none before, but they looked better when not smiling. Also, that lighting. Went from a decent looking dude to a 3/10 when smiling. 4/10 when not.

I hate the fact that they make animations with the same unimproving quality. There's an artstyle, yes, but it can be vastly improved. The way this is all done with copy and pasted body parts have been rehashed so many times I've lost count. The lack of proper movement or obvious bad positioning makes it bad imo. You can tell when someone doesn't make a proper movement because you wouldn't ever do that in real life. Basically, it's unnatural to all fuck and needs to be done better. It isn't easily done doing it the way that they're doing it, as I think it would need a ton more pivot points. At that point, you need to worry about overlapping or clipping and junk.

The ideas are great, don't get me wrong. I'm personally one to picture things happening in my head, so an idea/scenario/etc would all I really need to get it working. At the very least improve the art style a bit. Change your reference sheets to be updated cause it looks like everything was drawn from 2011 and never redone.
