Technically speaking, the wall only prevents natural disasters farm harming your breeds, so it only renders you immune to the feral and the thunderstorm.

It was supposed to be a normal job. Steal a small bottle with an embossed seal and a small spade icon from a guardpost in the middle of the night, deliver it to the fat man who claims that they had no right to confiscate it, and get paid. Too bad he didn't mention that it was a fucking Rozen bottle, nor that the guards were apparently expecting someone to break in for it.

In the ensuing clusterfuck, I managed to get away with the bottle, but not without my face being seen by one of the guards, a virtual death sentence for a thief who doesn't want his face on every wanted poster in the city. So naturally, I grabbed everything I had, mostly just my books, my map, and well-made ring with a purple gem set in it that I took off the hands of a client who neglected to tell me he couldn't pay in coin until after I had already upheld my end of the bargain.

It wasn't until I was a kilometre outside the city's walls that I realized I was still clutching the Rozen bottle in a death grip.

I made my way to Tyra Calnhe, probably the safest place to be when you have something that belongs to the cult, and attempted to bargain the bottle for protection. My first hint that this was a bad idea was when a hydra with massive claws and an terrifying glare demanded to know where I had gotten the bottle. My second hint was when a stony faced succubus entered the room, and a spade-like tail flicked angrily back and forth behind her.

Before they could kill me where I stood, however, Julia, my childhood friend and the last person I would expect to see, came in and spoke in my defense, saving my life so long as I agreed to live and work on the small farm she had, and consented to "oversight" while there by the two most intimidating breeds that I've run into in my life.

Most of the farm's inhabitants were still developing, with the exception of a mated pair of Oni who were corralling the young breeds to the library, presumably to learn how to read and write, guessing from their current development levels.

As she passed me, the red oni turned and clapped a hand over my shoulder with enough force to make me wince, and said to me "Look, you treat the Owner right and make her happy, or you'll have to answer to me about it." I tried to placate her by telling her that I wouldn't even consider hurting my closest friend, but she gave me a disbelieving look and stormed off. It can't be helped though, I'm new around here and they don't have any reason to trust me.

Near the end of my first year, a feral beast attacked one of our cows, who had wandered too far from the barn. Julia tried to intervene and suffered a heavy blow to the chest, incapacitating her, while both of the Oni were injured while preventing it from going after the other livestock, before the Hydra arrived and killed it with a single bite straight through its neck. Dragon breeds truly are a horrifying existence, but I doubt we could have managed to fight it off without her help, so I'm truly indebted to her for saving their lives.

In the mean time, I handle all of the normal duties relating to the farm while caring for the injured. It's a busy schedule, but there's no one else who can do it other than me, although the Succubus offered to teach the children to lighten my workload, which has been a real lifesaver. She's also concerned that it's unhealthy for me to be sleeping on the floor with all of the extra work that I've been doing, and offered me a bed in the Arcaneum, but her daughter's now old enough to be demanding her own bed, so it's a bit cramped over there for one more, and I couldn't take advantage of her generosity any more than I already am.

They seem to be recovering well, although Julia keeps reporting that she has a fever, although when I check her temperature with my hand, I can feel no fever despite her face flushing as if she were suffering from a severe one. I'm worried about the possibility of an infection I can't treat, and the Red Oni continuously giving me the thumbs up from her bed doesn't help matters.

The Hydra has also been a bit nicer, not quite enough to let me have the guest room back, but she's been bringing me cold drinks after a long day out in the sun, and is even offering me a change of clothes and to wash my old ones after I've sweated a set of clothing out.

It's definitely a change of pace from my previous life, but despite how much harder I'm working, I wouldn't trade my current life for any other.

You realistically could, but you'd need to keep the Breeds in a specific place for a whole year to get the bonus, as it's yearly, like any other type of income.
Familiars protect 2 breeds from any harm for a year. After the year, you can change the to protect another 2 breeds, but you don't need to change them. If any of the breeds you assign a familiar to is protected due to other effects, it does nothing, as both the familiar and the other effect both offer the same kind of protection.

The Lura Berry only affects the consumer. It even states as much on the description. The children of the consumer are not the consumer, simple as that. A mare, turned from a stallion, would give birth to a normal stallion. To turn that into another mare, you'd need another Lura Berry.

I specifically talked about changing eggs cells and breeding true and you responded in the affirmative. Go back and read it if you need to.

For one, the 'way' requires another monster, restricting your choices. For two, it's an exploit, which I don't like doing in CYOAs because they're unfair. For three, getting one berry every two years won't be able to keep up with the pregnancy rate of a centaur if it resembles a human or a horse.

and the income point is that the slot on the building must be full for a while year (I wasn't planning on doing halves that way to avoid complexity) but if I keep a brothel spot full by having two each work half the year, it would successfully count as one?

clarifying the familiars thing then, they assign to a breed and their ability works if that breed is randomly selected for the disaster? (it does make them fairly weak, but I figured that was the most likely). I tend to play games very defensively and I'm looking for blanket protection, I was looking at cartography anyway and with a normal difficulty I could then just pick the collector every year (or until I have enough breeds that the production bonuses would outweigh the cost of wall repairs) but I see me getting annoyed by the constant abductions

The trust bonus from interests applies immediately unless there is an effect on a section prior to interests that goes against that. EG: Pleasure's trust conflicts with Naver's careful. Since Naver is the earlier, it's effect overrides that of any motivation.
On the Brothel thing, tecnically, I guess it would. If you're willing to do that, I don't see why it wouldn't.
The breeds that suffer the disaster are picked by you. Unless you, somehow, find a way to randomize the pick, in which case I won't oppose, but otherwise, you're the one picking the "victims" as is. And yes, if the breed was to suffer a disaster, the Familiars would protect them.
And yes, the main reason to not try the Circe is because it can turn humans into breeds, which anywhere except Tyra, is quite the awkward prospect.

I think that lorewise, Lura berries breeding true makes absolutely no sense, because how Half-breeds came to be is supposed to be a big secret that almost no one actually knows the answer to, to the point where researching it can be one of the player's three main interests.

That all completely goes out the window if Lura berry changes breed true, because it means that the answer is going to end up as "A human changed themselves into a monstergirl, got knocked up, and things snowballed from there", because it's the simplest possible explanation and humans doing weird shit to their bodies as a fetish play is practically a universal constant.

the way I had it set up in my head I'd hit maximum trust without the actual library effect just from all the other modifiers as long as I got knowledge on (pleasure, halfbreed interest, knowledge interest) which would protect from the tyra drawback that they'll leave if they don't love it there. Since I was planning on turning into one, I realized that I wouldn't be able to breed myself, so I was thinking use a brothel for that purpose but at the beginning if I wanted to make sure the starting mature two I'd get get the education bonus, I'd have to have them parked in the brothel for at least part of it to be impregnated. It would work out to a non-production income set with milk, brothel, tavern (for the younger ones), and selling offspring (lust devil), with the proper production items being a secondary factor. The familiars, I was pretty sure I could buy them the second year (2 of them 2 more later on), so I'd only need to use the map to guard in the first, then later switch between storm and feral based on what would technically yield the most money. (also I assume the double production on pleasure and storm/flood are additive not multiplicative, x3 rather than x4)

The Devils taking the house for themselves implies that they'll be living together with the player, waifu style, in which case making them mutually exclusive with the actual waifu option makes sense, but in the cyoa, the devils are treated as personality-less buffbots.

The only two options I can think of:

1. Somehow drastically increase the benefits of Friendship motivation and/or the mature Breed you get from it to counteract the lack of Devils, and add short sections to the Devils to give them barebones descriptions to potentially make them waifuable.

2. Add some sort of building or house extension that allows you to have both a Devil and still let Breeds stay in your house if you're willing to shell out the G to build it.

Hey. So I'm actually putting some plans to paper (excel) for the dungeon master / core thing. Main component is going to be you can make any monster you want but you have to purchase the associated traits they have like [Corrosive] or [Flying] or [Ethereal]. Summary: My Brothel produces 12g per assigned breed per year, which is INSANE. If I put all my girls to work, that nets me an annual income of 108g per year (or 144g/year after factoring in the estimated gains from sold imps). I am uncertain as to how much each jug of Succubus Milk is worth, which may change how I operate, but given what I do know, this seems like easy value.

I actually really like the idea of being a Monster Den Accountant, helping farmers figure out their finances (something I'm pretty good at) in exchange for some quality time with their stock.

So I quickly shapeshift myself into a 10/10 qt. Before hitting my mission hard I travel around the rich areas of New York or LA having Sister Bethany pick up on mortal sinners. Once I find the rich sinners I seduce them and judge them using servitude, intervention, and conditioning. Once they are servants I have them donate to my cause so I can purchase my own housing outside of the Order as well as various sundries. I wanted something in my own name. I do this several times until I have a large sum. I then go on my missions. When it comes to Demons, Abyssals, Slimes, and Fallen Angels I turn them into humans and hit them with intervention and conditioning so they follow the righteous path. This is the standard combo.

I use a sword and board to fight. I am unsure of my outfit. Its either going to be plate armor or just a very tight fitting nun's habit. Maybe both. I only wear it when I go out on missions anyway preferring short skirts and dresses on the streets. I rarely use my archangel weapons unless its a really tough enemy and I am forced to. I rely more on my holy smiting ability, magical resistance, and my half-angel powers. Once my enemies are pinned down I force them to grow a dick and suck the evil out of them through it like a straw. Maximus Sanctum lets me do this and I make sure I draw it out. Although if I can just use my mouth to suck on their clit using Maximus Sanctum I would do that first. I have no adversion to getting fucked by dicks but it needs to be special.

While I don't have favored enemy Magical Girls are my preferred enemy. Magical girls instead I judge by sending them to hell. Well at least the higher ups. If my double edged sword procs immediately after I judge a single magical girl then I just have to hit them with the standard combo. If it does not I send all the magical girls straight to hell and spend a week for each one after my mission is over there myself. But magical girl leaders I always do straight to hell.

After a month of that torture I then give the magical girl a chance. I tell her that I went overboard and that nobody should have to suffer what she went through. And so I want her to punish me by using her magic to grow a dick and violently fuck me in the ass. If she does so after she finishes I send her to hell permanently as she did not learn her lesson when it comes to magic use. If she refuses I let her go knowing that if she falters again there will be no third chances. I will also see if I can implant some sort of sub dermal GPS chip in her so I can check up on her. If she fucks up again but did not use magic I will judge her but this time by just doing the standard combo. If she uses magic its an eternity with Lucy.

For the most part besides that I do missions for the order as needed but mostly live my own life jetsetting the world or hanging out at home playing videogames and tabletop stuff. I find hardcore nerds who want to become hot girls and basically become my waifus who do nerd stuff with me constantly as well as hard fucking. They get a life of leisure and nerd fun. They can't show up on my evildar and have to be generally good people if not very lewd. Because of Maximus Sanctum and Holiest of Swords I give mindblowing orgasms through all my holes and can give great head. If they want to mess around with each other as well they can. When I get older I use transform to make myself young again along with my waifus. My holy companions can stay with me if they wish or stay on their own. We mostly have a working relationship with each other. But if they want to join my harem they are more then welcome. Having them around when I am purifying myself as well as being nearby when I have to rescue them will be helpful but I let them live their own lives. I find them all very attractive but I think they will probably want to live a more pious life and not one of videogames, tabletoping, and sex. I think the Impairment tree is broken. You can just remove one limb for 9 points, a relatively minor inconvenience, or you can be a quadriplegic for half the time you're awake for the same points, a major life-changing impairment. Propose a rework.

What makes the most difference in your ability is amount of limbs missing, not the kind of impairment they got, so these points got buffed.
Amputee is not far from Impairment in inconvenience levels, you go from an inconsistent impairment to consistent lesser impairment (as you're unburdened from a useless limb and can use a prosthetic). Stumpless gives even less of a difference unless you go quad (as then stumps become from useful but uncomparably less so than the remaining limb(s) to your only means of doing anytning).

You can't breed those who start as 'already mature', like ghosts. But Oni and Succubi are the exception ... so anything except Dullahan, Ghosts, Familiars, Incubi and Xiaolong can be bred after maturing. Though I'm not sure about Abyssals. At least that's the way I got it. I'd love to buy mature breeds for a higher cost, to get right into business instead of waiting for ages until my Salmon is willing and able to lay eggs. But from that point on ... they'll be my Rabbits.
