The mod practically gave a warned status to almost everyone in the last thread as far as I'm aware. Being worried is understandable. However, if this mod decided to try and ban someone for one of these threads, I can already imagine the shitstorm later on, especially since the mod has to bullshit a reason for the ban because no rules were broken and the fact that there are multiple threads on /d/ with rule breaking posts still up and completely untouched.
